POL67A - Application for Permit to procure a pistol, MSSA or restricted weapon |
Application for permit to procure a pistol, MSSA or restricted weapon. This is the formal police application form. There is no application fee. Note that you DO NOT need to put “special reasons” on this form; it is not an application for an import permit. See Arms Act s35, compared to Arms Act s18 . The reason for acquisition may have consequences for the conditions attached to relevant endorsement. To allow for the most flexible use, put down all reasons, for example, for an MSSA - reason for acquisition: Hunting, Pest control and Range shooting. |
